Step into a dynamic contract position supporting K-5 students as a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. Based near Allentown, PA, you will be a vital resource for two elementary schools: one where you will cover the full K-5 population and another where your focus will be grades K-2. This full-time, on-site opportunity averages 37.5 hours each week and offers some flexibility around scheduling, including the possibility of a hybrid work model.

Key Qualifications:

• Certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
• Strong skills in evaluation, consultation, and risk assessment procedures
• Familiarity with MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) or similar frameworks
• Ability to handle a caseload of approximately 650 students with organization and compassion
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to support student learning and well-being
• Participate in regular MTSS meetings and help design intervention supports
• Perform risk assessments and consult with educators and families as needed
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with legal and district requirements
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote academic and emotional success among students

School operating hours are 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with flexibility in scheduling possible to accommodate your needs. The full-time structure allows for consistent engagement with staff and students, supporting dynamic and responsive care.
