Position Summary

Rainier Pure Beef Company is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Gate Guard to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our facility during overnight operations. As the Gate Guard, you will play a critical role in monitoring and controlling access to the premises while maintaining a safe environment for employees, visitors, contractors, and company assets.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. The Gate Guard serves as the first point of contact for individuals entering the property and will represent the company through professionalism and customer service.

The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying visitor and driver credentials.
• Maintain accurate logs of all visitors, vehicles, deliveries, and incidents.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property to identify security risks or safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
• Report suspicious activity or security concerns to management immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting and directing visitors, vendors, and drivers.
• Assist with directing inbound and outbound trucks to the appropriate locations.
• Help enforce company security procedures and site protocols.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Must be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Available:

• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Schedule May Include:

• Weekdays & Weekends
• Holidays as needed
