CORNEASPECIALIST NEEDED FOR A PRIVATELY OWNED PRACTICE IN THE DENVER, COLORADO AREA

Practice Location: Sheridan, CO (South East Denver) is our main

MD Or Corporate Owned: MD Owned

Reason for Job Opening: New role, growth/expansion preparation

Experience Requirement: None, willing to take new grads

Partnership Opportunity: Yes, after 2 years

Target Compensation: Guaranteed base salaryfor 2 years then move to a production model with 35% of collections, option to stay on salary long term or start on production right away

Bonus Opportunity: Collection model after 2 years

Vacation/PTO: 6 weeks PTO years 1 + 2, 8 weeks unpaid time off once switching to production model

Practice Management: ModMed

Current patient volume: 25-35 patients per day in clinic, depending on appointment type, 10-20 surgeries per half day depending on procedure type

Estimated Surg Volume for this role: 1200+ cases annually

Support Staff: 1-2 scribes, 2-4 work up techs depending on location and appointment types +volume

Hospital Call: No, but we are part of a local call group with several anterior segment practices. Our MDs rotate call for the group, so they are on call for 1-2 weeks 3-4x per year

MDs on Staff: 4

ODs on Staff: 4, hiring a 5th

Partners: 2

OD Network: strong referral network locally

ASC: River Point Surgery Center (MHEI's own surgery center, RPSC only sees our patients, owned by the same partners)
