Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may incorporate various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards, ensuring a thorough documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and adjustments to care. \n
- Engage in regular collaboration with our treatment team through case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the effectiveness of care and share valuable insights. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, promoting informed decision-making and self-advocacy. \n
- Stay updated on the latest research and trends in the mental health field to continually refine therapeutic techniques and enhance client outcomes. \n
The clients you will work with are individuals navigating complex mental health issues, often including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Active licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. \n
- Strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy and an ability to customize approaches to meet the distinct needs of each client. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues. \n
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex clinical scenarios. \n
- A commitment to professional development, maintaining ethical practice standards, and engaging in continuous learning. \n

- Previous experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting, particularly with diverse populations. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient documentation and patient management. \n
- Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as EMDR or trauma-informed care is a plus. \n
