Senior Sales Rep, SVI- Florida

Medtronic seeks a Senior Sales Rep to drive growth and market share for Superficial Venous Intervention products across assigned Florida territories. The role involves promoting VenaSeal and Closure System portfolios, developing new accounts, and training medical staff on products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet quarterly and annual budget targets and account development goals
• Prospect and cultivate relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiologists, and other venous disease specialists
• Identify account opportunities across hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices; implement strategies to drive business growth
• Conduct product training and case planning with physicians to support clinical adoption and optimize outcomes
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity; report intelligence to sales management

Requirements

• High school diploma and 8+ years sales/clinical experience, or associate degree and 6+ years, or bachelor's degree and 4+ years in medical devices or healthcare
• 4+ years B2B or medical device sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols
• Ability to educate medical personnel and technical support staff
• Strong technical and clinical product knowledge capabilities
• Understanding of reimbursement landscape and competitive positioning
