Job Description Job Description Licensed Real Estate Administrative Coordinator – Tulsa, OK We’re a fast-growing real estate firm seeking a Licensed Administrative Coordinator to help drive smooth, efficient transactions and deliver a top-tier client experience. Responsibilities: • Manage contracts, disclosures, and transaction timelines from contract to close • Coordinate listings, showings, and closing logistics • Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors • Maintain CRM and transaction systems with accuracy • Assist with listing launches and marketing coordination Qualifications: • Active Oklahoma Real Estate License (required) • 1–3+ years administrative or transaction coordination experience preferred • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital transaction platforms Compensation: Competitive, based on experience, $40,000+ with bonuses Apply Today: We’re actively hiring and reviewing applications quickly.
