Geriatrician – EvergreenHealth, Kirkland, WA, Seattle East Side Wage Range: $267,592 - $346,965 per year. We are seeking a board‑eligible/board‑certified Geriatrician to join our Geriatric Medicine team at EvergreenHealth. The role focuses on providing specialized medical care to our senior community within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for older adults. Focus on management of polypharmacy. Collaborate with the inter‑disciplinary team and specialists to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Provide guidance and education to staff, patients, and families on geriatric care. Participate in care conferences and inter‑disciplinary meetings. Qualifications Board‑eligible or board‑certified Geriatrician with clinical experience in geriatrics.
