As we continue to grow, we are seeking anexperienced Account Manager in our Jacksonville officeto join our team and drive excellence in account management/project management. What you’ll be doing in the role: Establish and cultivate robust relationships with clients, acting as the central point of contact for all account-related matters Have a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, products/services, and objectives Lead and manage team status meetings ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders on priorities and goals of the meeting/projects Develop campaign and project briefs. Prepare presentation decks Create and oversee campaign budgets, continuously monitoring expenditure throughout the campaign duration Coordinate with traffic, creative, production, and media teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy and on time Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and keep your internal team informed Facilitate integration with other marketing disciplines within the agency What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum of three (3) years of advertising agency account management experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field; commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of degree Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of simultaneously handling multiple tasks and deadlines for multiple clients Experience with integrated accounts and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results Confidence and ability to move projects forward with minimal supervision A great attitude and strong work ethic Flexible work schedule with remote work one day per week (4 days in office, 1 day remote) Dog-friendly office; Bring your Bestie to work!
