GreeterThe Greeter position will greet and direct guests to assist them in locating and arriving at their proper destination during events. Will be required to join the union, upon invitation, following a 90-day probationary period.This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.87 (per CBA).Benefits as per the union agreement.This position will remain open until October 16, 2026.ResponsibilitiesDeliver superior guest service while ensuring proper building and governmental protocols are being followedProvide directional assistance to guests by being knowledgeable about locations throughout the facility, as well as assist with crowd flowKeep area clear of debris/spills to ensure a safe environmentEnforce rules and regulations of the buildingProvide courtesy, respect, and professionalism to all guests and fellow employeesQualificationsAbility to work with minimal supervisionStrong customer service skillsExcellent verbal and interpersonal skills requiredProfessional presentation, appearance and work ethicAbility to work irregular hours, including night shifts, weekends and holidaysAbility to interact with all levels of staff, including managementWill be required to join the union, upon invitation, following 90-day probationary period
