Provider’s Role with the Company: EP Cardiologist
- Electrophysiologist
- Location: Knoxville, TN
- Call is 1/3; may provide assistance with general call while on weekend call
- Coverage of the inpatient EP Service, consisting of inpatient consults and rounding
- Coverage of the EP lab to include pacemaker/defibrillator implants, EP studies, and ablations.
- 337 licensed beds
- 30 critical care beds
- 39 emergency beds
- 29 surgery suites
- 4 cath labs & 2 EP labs
- 24 LDRP suites

Background Profile: EP Cardiologist
- Board Certified or Board Eligible EP Cardiologist
- Ability to hold an unrestricted state of Tennessee MD or DO licensure
About the Area:
Knoxville is located in the Great Valley of East Tennessee, at the headwaters of the Tennessee River. The surrounding area is mountainous, with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park to the east and the Cumberland Mountains to the west. Knoxville is a gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains, and many visitors come to the city to enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Knoxville is also home to several cultural attractions, including the Knoxville Museum of Art, the Tennessee Theatre, and the Sunsphere. The Sunsphere is a 266-foot-tall observation tower built for the 1982 World's Fair. Knoxville is a college town, and the University of Tennessee is located there. Knoxville is also conveniently located to visit other major cities around the southeast, including Nashville, Atlanta, and Asheville.
