Day to Day:

• Perform daily repairs and routine maintenance throughout the community
• Respond promptly to service requests and assist with safety protocols and drills
• Monitor and maintain essential building systems including lighting, plumbing, and equipment
• Keep accurate maintenance records and support inspection processes
• Work efficiently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older, required
• High school diploma or GED, required
• Requires 1-2 years of some experience in general maintenance repairs, painting, and basic HVAC and electrical knowledge
