Licensed Mental Health Professional

Job Description

Synovation Medical Group is seeking a fully licensed, bilingual Spanish-speaking mental health professional to provide one-on-one cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to patients in our outpatient Functional Restoration Program.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one CBT to patients.
Participate in the Functional Restoration Program as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
Maintain timely clinical documentation and coordinate with other providers as needed.

Qualifications

Active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
Fluency in English and Spanish
Experience providing individual CBT
