Regional Sales Manager (Commercial Roofing)

CentiMark Corporation is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager for our Mid-Atlantic Region . This role reports directly to the Eastern Group Director and is responsible for developing, managing, and guiding the sales activities for the Mid Atlantic Sales Team. This role offers a salary of $125k - $135k with a performance-based bonus (Total annual compensation $225k+). Job Summary Manage Project Managers, Service Sales Representatives & Tech Reps to ensure job duties and responsibilities are met, goals are on target, and employees perform effectively and efficiently. Review all activity of Sales Reps (Project Managers & SSR’s) to ensure they are on track with processing and exceeding leads, opportunities, and follow-up of deals/projects. Work with Reps to develop territory marketing plans and monitor execution to ensure territory development. Strategize with Sales Reps on pending projects to help secure contracts. Develop training plans and calendars for new Sales Reps; drive business development to grow market share. Support Eastern Group by attending/leading sales calls and providing up-to-date information to the Region and answering/asking questions to produce results. Act as a source of information for Operations and Sales. Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports for Management. Visit all managed offices on a regular basis and accompany Sales Reps on sales appointments (e.g., proposal deliveries, follow-up meetings, inspections, introductory meetings, prospecting cold calls). Travel within the territory that will include CT, PA, VA, MA, NJ. Plan and participate in regional business planning meetings and annual sales meetings. Candidate Qualifications 3+ years of experience in previous Outside Sales Team Management. Must demonstrate solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success. Roofing industry experience/knowledge is recommended. Solid time and territory management skills and strong motivation to develop new accounts are needed for success in this position. Commercial/Industrial sales experience preferred. College Degree preferred, but not required. Valid state driver's license in good standing is required.
