Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with eligibility to practice in Florida
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role or working with children preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions
• Organizational skills to handle documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential in educational environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments to identify strengths and needs affecting academic performance
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals as part of IEP teams
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in classroom and small group settings
• Work closely with teachers, aides, and families to support students' functional and academic achievement
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as the OT resource
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed for the best outcomes
