Job Description & Requirements BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) hospice for a nursing job in Northfield, New Jersey. Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff Position Overview We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our hospice team in Linwood, NJ. The office serves hospice clients on a per-visit basis in Atlantic and Cape May counties. Responsibilities Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
