Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, deliver evidence-based interventions, and document progress to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on integrity, respect, and excellent clinical outcomes.
