Permanent Part-Time position. In-office. Monday - Friday. Flexible hours.
Main software used is Odoo; some QuickBooks use.
Duties Include:
Reconciling Accounts
Generating Reports
Assisting in Accounts Receivable and Payable
Recording Transactions
Payroll/Assisting with Payroll
Profit and Loss Statements
Labor Invoice Processing
Other Duties:
Answering the Phone
Scheduling appointments
Monthly bonus available
