Software Test Engineer

Job Description

This enterprise AAA game studio is looking for an experienced STE to join their team and help support the release & sustainment of multiple titles.

The primary focus for this role will be supporting major DLC updates for multiple titles, as well as assisting with automation for Build Verification Tests.

Strong candidates will have proficiency in testing across different hardware platforms, strong game test & troubleshooting skills, and the ability to learn & use game automation.

This role will require a significant amount of cross functional work and collaboration, as you will be embedded with Engineering and test teams working directly on the product.

Candidates should have strong proficiency in testing across XBOX, Playstation, & PC platforms. Experience with Accessibility, Network/Multiplayer, and handheld devices is preferred.

Skills and Requirements

Experience creating and executing test cases and plans

Gameplay testing experience releasing a AAA or casual game title

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with Engineering teams or cross-functionally within a game studio

Experience with Perforce

Experience with C# and maintaining/contributing to automation efforts

Platform experience across XBOX, Playstation, & PC Experience with Visual Studio

Experience with GitHub
