Shift 1st shift: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM 2nd shift: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Responsibilities Develop new methods, techniques, and processes Provide customer support Perform day-to-day testing for research, development, and qualification of actuation components Collaborate with Mechanical Test Laboratory personnel to complete testing tasks per work instructions Conduct functional testing and assembly operations on actuation components throughout their lifecycle Support test operations, including setup, fabrication, operation, and maintenance Identify discrepancies in test units or systems and interpret test data per lab policies Participate in process improvement activities (equipment selection, procedure, safety compliance) Maintain FAA-recognized quality and regulatory stamps for compliance Position Requirements High school diploma 2+ years of experience in actuation and pneumatic valve testing Knowledge of qualification processes for new product development Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Familiarity with instrumentation and data acquisition systems Practical experience with engineering equipment, especially actuation products Ability to apply root cause analysis and Six Sigma principles Company Description Kronos always provides our partners with 100% customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
