Join the Nightingale at Crossett team as a Night Shift LPN and play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Crossett, Arkansas facility. About the role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team. As an LPN on our night shift, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. Your expertise will make a real difference in the lives of our patients, and we are excited to have you join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and pulse
- Provide routine care and support to patients, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, feeding, and toileting
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
