QA/QC Inspector

Working Days: Thursday/Friday/Sat/Sunday- 6am-4:30pm (4X10 hour shifts)
Location: 100% Onsite 8300 E. Pacesetter Way, Scottsdale AZ 85255

Must commit to full schedule- Days worked: Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday (will be off Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday)
1st Shift Hours: 6am-4:30PM-(4X10 hour shifts)

Position Summary We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Quality Inspectors. In this role, you will perform hands-on visual and microscope-based inspection of micro-electronic components in a cleanroom setting. This is a repetitive, precision-focused position ideal for candidates who thrive on quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and microscope-based inspection of micro-electronics components
• Follow established quality procedures and documentation standards
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all cleanroom and GMP protocols
• Work collaboratively within a high-tech, regulated manufacturing environment
• Sit for extended periods while maintaining focus and attention to detail

Requirements

• Previous microscope usage required (any level of hands-on inspection experience is acceptable)
• High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (full gowning)
• Ability to sit for extended periods during the shift
• Availability to work the full shift: Thursday–Sunday
• Basic computer skills
• Strong reliability and commitment to quality standards
• Previous medical device or micro-electronics experience is preferred but not required
