Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As our ideal candidate you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high‑volume establishment. You must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, service and food quality, and profitability. Hire and train new staff members, create schedules, and manage inventory. Maintain high‑quality service and food standards. Ensure profitability and manage budgets. Handle high‑pressure situations.
