Responsibilities Assists customers with information about products and services, placing orders, canceling accounts, filing complaints, etc. Maintains customer relationships by responding to inquiries and documenting actions Explain contract terms accurately in simple language so that customer can understand the explanation and how it applies to their particular question Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience Call center experience a plus Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Proficient in MS Excel and Word Professional communication skills and passion for helping people Ability to work independently and manage competing demands We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
