General Liability | Insurance Defense Associate Attorney - Complex Litigation Areas of practice include: General Liability Defense, Casualty Insurance, Insurance Fraud, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Premises Liability, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defect. Duties and Responsibilities Strong written and verbal communication; drafting motions, pleadings, briefings, EUO experience a plus Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions, taking and defending depositions Courtroom experience a plus Compensation is a base salary range of $140,000–$170,000, DOE, with additional benefits including 401(k) and unlimited PTO.
