Child Care Director Opportunity

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 a year based on experience and education

Education Requirements: CDA or Higher Degree in a child-related field

Experience Requirements: Childcare experience is a MUST, Director experience is a MUST, CPR & First Aid required

Schedule: Monday - Friday; hours will vary. MUST be flexible

Requirements:

• Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement.
• Conduct tours and engage with families warmly.
• Clear a background check.
• Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.
• Master the art of multitasking and time management.
• Embrace continuous learning in every scenario.
