- Position Overview

We are looking for a Service Advisor who can take full ownership of jobs from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

This is NOT an entry-level or slow-paced position.
You must be able to think fast, stay organized, and execute without constant supervision.

- Key Responsibilities

• Write and manage repair orders in Fullbay
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
• Build and present estimates clearly and confidently
• Track job progress using internal systems (Job Board, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep workflow moving
• Perform daily follow-ups and status updates
• Ensure every job is documented, updated, and completed properly

- Daily Expectations

• Keep all jobs updated and moving forward
• Maintain strong communication across the entire team
• No dropped balls — every job accounted for
• Handle multiple jobs at once without losing control

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced shop
• Self-motivated — no hand holding
• Problem solver, not excuse maker
• Team player with a strong work ethic
