STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) Dayshift 7a-7p

Job Summary:

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team of caring professionals. This full-time or part-time role will provide you with the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, promoting professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedure of Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
