What You’ll Do

As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing compassionate one-on-one care.

Every day you’ll have the opportunity to brighten someone’s life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Medication reminders

• Transportation to appointments and errands

• Assist with walking and mobility

• Monitor changes in client condition and report concerns

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Follow each client’s individualized care plan

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous caregiving or personal care experience required

• Home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospital, or family caregiving experience is a plus

• Valid Driver’s License

• Reliable Transportation

• Current Automobile Insurance

• Eligible to Work in the United States

• Ability to Pass Background Check

• Ability to Pass Drug Screening

• Strong Communication Skills

• Ability to Work Independently While Following a Care Plan
