Duties

• Prepare visit reports for each patient
• Maintain demographic, PMH, current medication list and pharmacy information for each patient;
• Schedule ancillary testing and referral appointments
• Document status of all visits and any recommendations made on Referral Tracker
• Assist with completion of prior authorization requests and disability paperwork
• Contact patients at least 1-2 days prior to their appointments to send them the informed consent forms and telehealth link
• Will be trained to administer questionnaires and brief speech and neurocognitive tests as applicable
• (CTE, FUs, LCPI, TBIS)

Requirements

• Medical related field experience
• Must be tech-savvy and have knowledge of working in cloud-based software like G-Suite
• Must be a team player and efficient
• Must complete required pre-employment assessments

Benefits

• Full time hourly W-2 position
• 14 days PTO
• 4 Mental Health Days (1 per Quarter)
• 6 paid holidays in addition to PTO
• 8:45 am - 4:00 pm schedule, Mon-Fri (Fixed Weekends off)
• Starting $12/hour subject to periodic review at intervals determined at NBII’s sole discretion
