Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Merrimac, MA. This role involves assessing students’ speech, language, and communication needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy services in individual and group settings. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and administrators to support student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and document evaluations, goals, and ongoing progress in accordance with school and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities also include providing staff and family education on communication supports, and contributing to a safe and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech and Communication Disorders. Experience assessing and treating Language Disorders across school‑aged populations. Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Massachusetts. Strong documentation, time management, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
