Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Oversee pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Lead construction services and construction management activities from start to successful closeout. Handle tenant improvements, concrete tilt-up, and design-build delivery methods as needed. Monitor project risks, safety compliance, and quality standards. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure post-construction warranty and satisfaction follow-up. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong background in dealerships or retail projects preferred. Solid understanding of construction processes, including pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Experience with design-build, tenant improvements, and concrete tilt-up projects a plus.
