Role: Junior (Brand) Designer We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary brand designer to join the marketing team at THG Experience. This hands-on role suits a creative all-rounder who can bring brand assets to life across video, social and digital, while confidently delivering print and event collateral. You’ll report into the Senior Marketing Manager to create standout work that strengthens the brand of both venues and drives measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: Design across a broad mix of formats including digital, social, AV, video, print, events. Bring creative concepts to life through thoughtful execution (campaign assets, brochure content, venue touch points for guests and members). Create high-quality design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate closely with property teams and external suppliers including production partners and printers. Comfortable creating simple systems to track workload and keep the wider team informed across project status. Skills & Experience: High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Excellent foundational design skills across digital and print, producing polished and distinctive work. Video editing and post-production skills. Confident working within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh thinking to every brief. Who we're looking for: 1–2 years into your design career with a portfolio that demonstrates range. Organised and adaptable, with a can-do mentality for working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. A natural collaborator, comfortable working across teams and with external partners. You take pride in the finish of your work, whether it's a printed menu or an email template - and you understand that good design at this level is as much about precision and production as it is about ideas. A good eye for detail, particularly around brand consistency. Experience in hospitality, events or a fast-paced businesses (desirable but not essential).
