Empower the Voices of the Future in the Beautiful Heartland of America Become a Speech Language Pathologist with Us
What if your next career leap truly gave voice to a mission in the most tangible sense? As a Speech Language Pathologist in one of Indiana's flourishing communities, your work will transcend the mere treatment of communication and swallowing disorders. It will serve to unlock potential, rebuild self-assurance, and weave together human connections from the sound of toddlers expressing their first words to the triumph of elderly individuals reclaiming their independence.
This position is a remarkable opportunity to work with diverse populations across all ages in an environment that harmonizes outpatient therapy with occasional inpatient support. Craft tailored treatment plans that cater to immediate goals while addressing broader communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.
Implement personalized speech therapy sessions directed at improving communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing functions.
Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to coordinate comprehensive care approaches.
Deliver education to patients and their families to facilitate growth beyond the walls of the clinic.
Assist with inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed, ensuring seamless continuity in patient care.
Keep meticulous and timely documentation that complies with state, federal, and organization mandates.
Stay engaged with ongoing advancements in the field through continued education and teamwork with peers.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) by ASHA.
Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic methods applicable to individuals of all ages, with a solid grounding in developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Adaptable therapy techniques that align with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Strong clinical judgment paired with adept problem-solving skills.
Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
Competitive salary reflective of your experience and expertise.
Flexible scheduling to foster a work-life balance along with varied patient assignments.

Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation.
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance offerings.
Support for professional development through continuing education reimbursement.
A collaborative and team-oriented workplace focused on quality care and continuous learning.
In this role, you will not merely engage in speech therapy you will become an integral part of a community aimed at restoring voices, cultivating communication, and creating moments of joy through the simplest yet profound human abilities: understanding and being understood.
You'll be joining a cadre of clinicians who treat each other as family, in an environment that champions collaboration over competition. Every patient has a unique story; we'll trust you to shape the narrative.
Life in this beautiful region of Indiana maintains a vibrant pulse that flaunts both the excitement of progress and the warmth of traditional Midwestern hospitality. With picturesque landscapes enriched by lush parks and exciting cultural scenes, this area offers a delightful mix of nature and opportunity.
Families come together in sprawling parks for music festivals and weekend picnics, while outdoor enthusiasts enjoy hiking, biking, and visiting local farms or artisans markets. Food lovers can relish a variety of culinary delights, from charming local diners to exquisite eateries that celebrate both comfort and innovation.
This region buzzes with creativity, felt through colorful murals, uplifting local music, and lively cultural festivals that embrace diversity and togetherness. Moreover, professionals benefit from a lack of state income tax, a steady cost of living, and an ever-growing healthcare landscape that nurtures career growth and stability.
Whether you are embarking on your career or are a seasoned professional eager for fresh horizons, here you'll discover expansive opportunities for personal and professional development.
We're looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who is motivated not only by clinical outcomes but also by a deep sense of empathy. Someone who sees a shy child and envisions a future filled with expression, who listens to the hesitant words of a stroke survivor and embraces their determination.
You might be a pediatric specialist aiming to expand your expertise into adult services or a clinician focused on neuro rehabilitation eager to include early intervention techniques in your practice.
Whatever your background, if you're ready to serve with compassion and lead with expertise, we're eager to have you join our team.
If you believe that speech is so much more than mere sound, and therapy transcends tasks if you value trust before treatment, and laughter alongside language then this could be your perfect next chapter.
Join us in a mission that cherishes communication, connection, and the courage to start anew. Apply today and bring your voice to help others discover theirs.
