If you're energetic, driven, and ready to grow, we’re ready to invest in you!As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll ensure every vehicle receives thorough and quality maintenance, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.Key responsibilities include:Check and communicate oil level to teammatesAdjust tire pressure to optimal levelsInspect and top off vehicle fluidsConduct multi-point vehicle inspectionsReplace oil filters and drain plugsClean and lubricate necessary fittingsDeliver excellent customer service, prioritizing the customer perspectiveQualifications include:Prior experience in an automotive dealership preferredStrong knowledge of the service driveMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilitySteady hands and excellent hand-eye coordinationStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable using basic computer systemsPositive, team-focused attitudeWillingness to learn new technology and repair proceduresValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAble to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkOther requirements include:High school diploma or equivalentMust maintain an insurable driving recordThis is a safety-sensitive role: Employees may not be under the influence of any substances—including medical marijuana—on-site or during working hours.
