Senior Care NP/PA Leader - Flexible, Autonomous Practice

Curana Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary care to residents across our senior living communities. You will diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on prevention, while building strong patient relationships. In this role, you’ll collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families, maintain EMR documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
