We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EV Charging Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of one or more electric vehicle (EV) charging sites. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable charger uptime, supporting fleet customers, coordinating maintenance, assisting with site development, and optimizing overall site performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, facilities management, EV infrastructure, or telematics, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Operations

◦        Manage day-to-day operations of one or multiple EV charging sites within a defined geographic area

◦        Monitor charger performance, uptime, and utilization; quickly respond to faults or outages

◦        Ensure sites are safe, clean, and fully operational at all times

◦        Manage site access control systems to ensure authorized and secure entry for customers, vehicles, and staff

Customer Success

◦        Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using the site

◦        Support onboarding of new fleet customers, including training on charging systems and best practices

◦        Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues as they arise

Vendor and Maintenance Coordination

◦        Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades

Reporting and Performance

◦        Track and report on key performance metrics (uptime, energy usage, session data, customer issues)

◦        Assist with scheduling and load management to optimize charging for fleet operations

◦        Identify opportunities for site improvements, capacity expansion, and operational efficiency enhancements

Telematics and Site Development

◦        Assist with installation, configuration, and ongoing support of telematics devices in fleet vehicles

◦        Assist with site development activities, including site buildout, equipment installation coordination, and ongoing site enhancements

Compliance

◦        Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards

Qualifications:

•        Experience working with fleet customers or commercial clients is highly preferred

•        Familiarity with EV charging systems (Level 2 and DC fast charging preferred)

•        Experience supporting site buildouts, construction coordination, or infrastructure projects is a plus

•        Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

•        Excellent communication and customer service skills

•        Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously

•        Basic understanding of electrical systems and networking

•        Proficiency with data tracking and reporting tools

Working Conditions:

•        Combination of on-site and remote work (primarily on-site)

•        Regular travel between nearby sites

•        Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend support as needed

This role sits at the center of revenue execution, partnering closely with Account Executives to structure deals, generate quotes, manage contracts, and ensure accurate billing. You will serve as a key operational counterpart to sales, helping move opportunities forward while maintaining accuracy, speed, and consistency across all commercial workflows.
While the primary focus is internal deal execution, this role will also engage directly with customers as needed and support cross-functional initiatives, including event coordination and basic revenue tracking.
