Registered Nurse - ICU Float
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shifts: 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15). Requires two on-call shifts every four weeks, with every other weekend coverage.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU Float team. In this role, the nurse will provide critical care to patients, working in various units as needed. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient conditions and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in on-call duties as scheduled.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Must have a valid RN license to practice in South Carolina at the time of submission.
- Two supervisory references are required.
