Snowflake Data Engineer

Job Requirement (The Skill required) Extensive experience in Snowflake data migration preferably DB2 to Snowflake Proficiency in Snowflake SQL, snowproc Strong understanding of data migration techniques Experience with AWS cloud platform Expereince in Informatica/Abinitio Data model, data warehousing Expereince in Builiding ETL pipeline using Python,Spark,AWS Glue 00 Job Title: Snowflake Data Engineer Architecture Design - DB2 to Snowflake Extensive experience in Snowflake data migration preferably DB2 to Snowflake Schema Migration - Index , Constraints and SPs Data Migration - Historical Load Cloud Operations - Snowflake Design and implement features for identity and access management. Create migration/ingestion pipelines into Snowflake. Implement query optimization. Solve performance issues and scalability issues. Build, monitor, and optimize ETL and ELT processes with data models. Ensure archival strategy. Proficiency in Snowflake SQL, snowproc Maintain testing tracker highlighting data comparability between Netezza and Snowflake. Data orchestration/development and automation of data workflows(CI/CD) Testing between DB2 tables and Snowflake tables data and data types. Maintain test results, validation activities in a tracker. Collaborate with Business/tech SME to write test cases towards data validation. Facilitates user level testing. Prepares test cases scenarios for validation or performance testing across DB2 data set vs Snowflake staging tables/data mart.
