About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Oncology Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Oncology Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year recent experience in acute med-surg/tele and oncology; 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates preferred. License: Active RN license Certifications: AHA BLS; chemotherapy certificate preferred but not required Must-Have: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; flexibility according to the needs of the facility's schedule; willingness to float to other units if needed Description: Oncology Med/Tele Unit specializes in osteomyelitis, chemotherapy, SBO, and sepsis. Candidates must be willing to work 36 or 48 hours per week. One weekend shift per week or two weekend shifts every other weekend is required. All nurses must work at least one holiday per contract. Block scheduling can be requested but is not guaranteed. Nurses may be asked to take on charge duties but it is not a requirement.
