Three-Day Schedule
- Full-day coverage on Monday and Friday.
- At least one additional weekday with overlap during Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys.
- Manage calendars, court deadlines, hearings, mediations, depositions, and consultations.
- Prepare, proofread, format, and finalize legal documents.
- Electronically file documents in Florida state and federal courts.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files.
- Conduct prospective client intake and coordinate attorney consultations.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, vendors, and other parties.
- Assist with litigation support, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Coordinate service of process and related litigation activities.
- Support general office and administrative functions as needed.
