Job Summary:
Operating Room Specialist in Beachwood, Ohio. This position involves working in the operating room environment with a focus on surgical procedures. The role requires providing support during various surgeries, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The shift operates typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 5 days a week, with occasional hours extending to 5:30 PM. Candidates should be prepared for weeknight and weekend call responsibilities.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Surgical Technology or Nursing, with a minimum of 1 year of related experience, or equivalent education and training. Location must be in Ohio, and applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a busy operating room setting, familiarity with surgical equipment and protocols, and advanced certifications in perioperative nursing are preferred.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This role entails supporting a variety of surgical procedures within the operating room, ensuring compliance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) guidelines, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care.
