Shuttle Driver – Los Angeles We are hiring a full‐time W‑2 shuttle driver for Los Angeles. You will drive a company‑provided vehicle, complete scheduled trips, and earn a guaranteed hourly wage with additional performance bonuses and tips. Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (base pay plus bonuses and tips). Earn 100% of your tips. Receive a full benefits package (medical, vision, dental, 401(k), disability, life insurance). • Safely drive a company‑provided shuttle to pick up and drop off passengers in a timely, courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and ensure a comfortable ride experience.
• Use GPS and routing apps to plan efficient routes, minimizing waiting times and maximizing productivity.
• Offer excellent customer service by greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and ensuring overall passenger satisfaction.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies, including the use of built‑in dash cams and other safety features.

Schedule Minimum 20 to 28 hours per week, with extra shifts available on a flexible basis. Earn paid time off and paid holidays after probation. Weekend work is required as part of the schedule. Qualifications Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (not banned from the Uber platform). Must be 25 years of age or older. Hold a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL). Prior experience driving full‑size vans. Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen (including marijuana). Maintain a clean driving record.
