Someone capable, who works in conjunction with the Director of Nursing Services in managing Nursing Services. Someone with organizational skills, goal oriented and energized to strive for excellence in our facilities.

ADON- Assistant Director of Nursing/ Unit Manger - Essential Function:
Primary responsibility for supervising areas of Nursing Services including.
Staff performance.
Quality assurance activities.
Timeliness of MDS data entry and submission.
Nursing staffing practices and payroll preparation.
Resident accident/incident reporting and resident abuse investigations.
In the absence of the Director of Nursing Services, the Assistant Director of Nursing Services, manages Nursing Services.
