The Barista/Coffee Shop Attendant provides efficient counter service while preparing specialty coffee and beverage products, processing transactions, maintaining product displays, and creating a welcoming guest experience.

Your Role:

• Greet and acknowledge guests promptly.
• Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and other assigned beverages according to established recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of available food, beverage, retail, and grab-and-go offerings.
• Take and accurately enter guest orders into the POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, room charge, and other approved payments accurately.
• Suggest additional products and appropriate enhancements.
• Maintain attractive and fully stocked displays.
• Monitor freshness, expiration dates, labels, and product rotation.
• Maintain appropriate pars for cups, lids, coffee, milk, syrups, condiments, and operating supplies.
• Maintain coffee machines, counters, refrigeration, display areas, and guest areas in clean and sanitary condition.
• Follow established food-safety and temperature-control procedures.
• Communicate low inventory, equipment issues, and product shortages promptly.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain accountability for cash bank and transactions when assigned.
• Assist other caf, market, or Food & Beverage operations as assigned.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Previous barista, caf, cashier, or guest-service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn beverage recipes and equipment operation.
• Basic cash-handling and POS skills.
