General Laborer – $25/Hour | Day Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime available)

* MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING OUTDOORS*

We’re hiring a dependable General Laborer to assemble steel racking systems in industrial and commercial environments. This hands-on role offers the chance to build valuable mechanical and installation skills while working with a small, team-oriented crew.

• Assemble steel racking using hand and power tools
• Lift and position materials (under 50 lbs)
• Support installations at manufacturing sites, schools, and hospitals
• Measure, align, and secure components
• Load, unload, and move materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with lifts and equipment as needed

• Experience in general labor, construction, or manufacturing
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with physical work
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Reliable and team-focused

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
