CDL A Route Driver

Direct Hire: Experienced CDL A Route DriverA fantastic opportunity for an experienced CDL A Route Driver to join a dynamic team. Working location: Davenport, IA. Pay: $26hr. Shift: First shift, but with flexibility, 5am or 7am. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, paid holidays.Responsibilities:Have excellent attendanceMeet established route schedulesHave good communication and customer service skillsFollow all company safety rulesBe able to work well with a diverse workforceBe able to follow directions given by their supervisor or managerFollow all company policies and proceduresPossess and maintain a positive attitudeMaintain a safe, clean and organized work area in line with company policiesDeliver the product to our customers in a timely mannerBe able to work past the schedule, as production/delivery issues may ariseAbility to properly maintain required daily and weekly paperworkPerform a daily visual inspection of the equipmentPerform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fitAdditional Responsibilities:Cross-train on other routes per department needsPerform equipment moves to service provider for repairs and service as neededSkills/Requirements:Be able to sit in a vehicle for several hours per dayBe able to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs.
