We're looking for General Production Workers to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in producing high-quality food products enjoyed by customers every day.

In this role, you'll rotate through various production stations, helping ensure products are packed, inspected, and prepared to the highest quality and safety standards. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a stable organization, we'd love to hear from you.

As a General Production Worker, you'll support multiple areas of the production floor, including:

✅ Supplying materials and maintaining smooth production flow

✅ Inspecting products and packaging for quality and accuracy

✅ Removing defective products and ensuring food safety standards are met

✅ Packaging, case filling, and preparing finished products for shipment

✅ Performing routine sanitation and cleaning tasks

✅ Monitoring production equipment and addressing line jams when needed

✅ Conducting metal detection and quality control checks

✅ Supporting efficient line startups, shutdowns, and changeovers

✅ Rotating between production stations throughout the shift

✅ Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or general labor roles
• Experience performing quality inspections or product checks
• Familiarity with production equipment and manufacturing processes
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing production needs

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks while maintaining quality standards

You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled food manufacturing facility focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. Employees rotate between production stations and shifts to support operational needs.

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work both 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Initial training will take place on 1st shift

Required Attire:

• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear
• Long pants (no rips)
• Long sleeves permitted if not rolled up
• No jewelry on the production floor

This is a Contract position based out of Hershey, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
