What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop team members Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, solutions-focused mindset High level of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail Requirements: Full-time availability with flexible/open scheduling (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends) Reliable transportation (must have your own vehicle) Experience in both Front of House and Back of House operations is strongly preferred Must be results-driven with a strong work ethic Responsibilities Include: Leading and managing daily drive‑thru operations Coaching team members on speed, accuracy, and guest experience Ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards Supporting hiring, training, and development of team members Preparing for advancement into a Director-level leadership role This is not an entry-level position.
