Overview Exciting Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in the Beautiful Pacific Northwest Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team at Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists of Puget Sound , part of Pediatrix Medical Group . This role will rotate between our three clinical sites, including Swedish Medical Center - First Hill (Seattle) where we provide full-care MFM services, as well as our consultation-based practices at Providence Everett Medical Center and our Issaquah Pediatrix MFM Clinic. Have experience in inpatient settings while rounding on patients, providing prenatal and postpartum care High Acuity Patient Population NPs are embedded as mid-levels in all of our MFM clinics (Swedish First Hill, Issaquah and Providence Everett) to see follow-up consults, handle referrals, address labs and assist with care coordination. Swedish First Hill: Flagship hospital, overseeing about 7500 deliveries annually, with a high-acuity level IV NICU . NPs will provide prenatal and postpartum care as well as inpatient care by rounding on postpartum or post‑op patients Key Responsibilities: Cover practices in Everett and Issaquah , ensuring patient continuity, providing follow-up consultations, referral triage, and antenatal testing. Manage patients referred for hypertension, diabetes, medical complications, fetal anomalies, and other complications. Conduct triage visits , wound care, and round on postpartum patients at Swedish First Hill No labor and delivery management or inpatient procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team includingOb/Gyn residency program, family practice residency, OB fellowship program, and 24/7 OB Hospitalists. The Ideal Candidate: Has a strong background in OB care with an interest in high-risk and critical care . Able to work independently and collaborate without extensive support Experienced withprenatal diagnosis, interpretation of ultrasound reports, and managingcomplicated pregnanciesis a plus. Possesses strong Communication SkillsandEmpathy. Values an attention to Detail and Critical Thinking . Qualifications Board Certification as a WHNP or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Experience in L&D or high-risk OB required outside of clinical rotations (RN experience ok) WA State Licensure (active or in process)andPrescriptive Authority. Benefits and Compensation Pay Range (Base Pay) : $147,000 - $180,000 Other Types of Pay : Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis.
