While this role is remote, you will still need to reside within 50 miles of our Oklahoma City center. What You Will Do Customer Champion – You are the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected phone line. On average you will take about 4+ calls per hour from our customers across the USA. Technology Troubleshooter – When it comes to explaining cellular phones, billing, or answering general questions, you are the expert. You explain questions, provide solutions, and walk customers step‑by‑step through basic phone functions or more complex device or service issues. Tasks may include changing a SIM card, downloading apps, adding contacts, or solving other technical problems. Highly Organized and Motivated – This role requires you to be at your best throughout your shift. You must be self‑motivated, committed to being available and present for our customers during your shift except for assigned breaks and lunch. You need a quiet, distraction‑free workplace and the ability to stay organized while using multiple systems at once. Two monitors are necessary for efficient navigation, troubleshooting, and customer support. Team Player – We celebrate and respect each other as professionals. What Skills You Need (We Train the Rest) Right Attitude – Come prepared with an attitude focused on learning and creating great experiences for our customers. Experience – A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We also require at least 6 months of customer service experience. Remote customer service experience preferred. Office Computer Skills – Basic computer skills are needed (typing, use of common software applications, internet navigation). Work From Home Requirements – Internet Connection – At least 20 MB/s upload speed and 100 MB/s download speed. Satellite, Wi‑Fi, or cellular data are not accepted. Distraction‑Free Workplace – Provide an office setting at home where you can close out the world so the customer can hear you. Location – Must be within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular facility for on‑site and off‑site IT support when needed.
